The Account Manager is responsible for assisting the Client Director in building strong client relationships with the aim of retaining, renewing and developing existing clients. This position is focused on achieving departmental objectives to increase transaction volumes, the number of locations, and to sell additional services and products.

This role is a Hybrid approach (3 days in office/2 days WFH). Our address is Europe Avenue 62 bis avenue André Morizet 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt

What you'll be doing
Qualification and Skills:
  • We do NOT sponsor work Visas
  • Must be Native French and proficient in English
  • 30% travels, must have personal transportation
  • 1 year of experience (Internships included)
  • Bac + 3 minimum
  • Knowledgeable in France’s municipal, politics, and culture to succeed
  • Previous experience in Business to Administration
  • Payment, parking, or mobility experience preferred
Missions and responsibilities:
  • Ensure the renewal or extension of contracts under profitable financial conditions.
  • Build and maintain strong, high-quality relationships with all clients in the portfolio:
  • Upsell new products to existing clients
  • Develop relationships with the key players in each local authority (regular contacts, identification of needs, proposals for improvements and developments, advice, etc.).
  • Contact all customers on a monthly basis, or at least once a quarter, by e-mail or telephone.
  • Carry out an annual number of visits defined by customer type
  • Prepare and present client reports, annual reviews and surveys
  • Ensure that the number of transactions in each local authority increases in line with the budget.
  • Actively create opportunities to encourage clients to reduce the number of parking meters.
  • Work with marketing to create presentations and case studies to encourage adoption of the service or the sale of additional services.
  • Update daily the tools (Salesforce, quotation tracking)
  • Maintain meeting notes and post-meeting action items.
  • Establish strategic action plans for a certain number of clients defined in agreement with the Client Account Director, with objectives measured every quarter.
  • Work closely with the Customer Support team to keep updated of all client’s issues or requests and their resolution, thus ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Projects and Marketing team.
  • Feed back to the manager the development requests required to ensure the commercial development of his/her portfolio and collaborate on the creation and updating of business cases.
  • Keep informed of market developments and have a good knowledge of the competition.
  • Support the manager in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Follow processes defined by management and the manager
  • Respect annual objectives
  • Participate in drawing up budget forecasts for your sector
  • Work as part of a team with other sales and client support managers to discuss issues
  • Ensure reporting as requested by manager and management
  • Share client feedback internally to improve our service
  • Participate in building and improving Client Management processes
  • Ensure administrative and commercial follow-up of activity
  • Carry out various ad hoc tasks as required to support the team.
  • Perform other tasks and responsibilities as requested by your manager from time to time.
