Creator Outreach Executive (Social Media X/Twitter) | Remote

About the role

We are hiring a Creator Outreach Executive to help recruit content creators for our global clients platform. Your main task: search for creators on X (Twitter), send outreach messages, and help them onboard to the platform.

What You Will Do

  • Search and identify relevant creators on X (formerly Twitter).
  • Send DMs, introduce the platform, and drive creator sign-ups.
  • Follow a clear outreach script & workflow (training provided).
  • Track daily outreach numbers and conversions.
  • Report activities to the team lead.

Working Hours

  • 9 hours/day
  • 11 AM to 8 PM (India Time)
  • 6 days/week
  • 100% remote work

Skills Required

  • Good communication skills (English preferred).
  • Experience with X/Twitter is a plus.
  • Comfortable with repetitive outreach tasks.
  • Target-driven mindset.
  • Freshers can also apply.

This role is incentive-based, depending on the follower count of each creator you recruit:

  • 100K+ followers: $500
  • 50K–100K followers: $400
  • 30K–50K followers: $300
  • 10K–30K followers: $100
  • 5K–10K followers: $30
  • 1K–5K followers: $10
  • Under 1K: $0.50
