You’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing workflows in <strong>Notion</strong>, <strong>Zapier</strong>, and other digital tools to help teams operate more smoothly and scale faster.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Design, build, and maintain <strong>custom CRM systems</strong> using <strong>Notion</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p>Create <strong>automations and integrations</strong> with <strong>Zapier</strong> to streamline internal and client workflows.</p> </li> <li> <p>Develop and document process automations, dashboards, and databases.</p> </li> <li> <p>Troubleshoot and improve existing workflows to ensure reliability and accuracy.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to understand needs and translate them into efficient automation solutions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain organized data structures and ensure system consistency across platforms.</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>At least <strong>2 years of experience</strong> in CRM management, systems automation, or operations support.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proficiency in <strong>Notion</strong> (databases, linked views, templates) and <strong>Zapier</strong> (multi-step zaps, filters, conditional logic).</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong understanding of workflow design, data organization, and automation best practices.</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and self-driven in a remote work setup.</p> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></h3> <ul> <li> <p>Experience with <strong>other automation tools</strong> (Make, Airtable, Google Sheets, Slack integrations).</p> </li> <li> <p>Familiarity with CRM data migration or API-based workflow integrations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Project management experience is a plus.</p></li></ul>
