Job Summary-:

Handles customer enquiries, prepares quotations, processes orders, and coordinates with internal teams to ensure efficient delivery and customer satisfaction. Supports the external sales team and maintains accurate records in CRM/ERP systems.

Job Responsibilities-:

Customer Enquiry Handling:
Receive and respond to customer enquiries through phone, email, or in-person regarding engine spare parts, ensuring accurate and timely assistance.

Quotation & Order Conversion:
Identify correct part numbers, prepare professional quotations, and follow up to convert quotes into confirmed sales orders.

Order Processing & Documentation:
Coordinate with sales and purchasing teams to process orders, and prepare sales orders, delivery notes, and invoices in the system.

Communication & Customer Support:
Maintain clear communication with customers on order status, delivery timelines, and manage issues like delays, returns, or warranty claims.

Record Management & Team Support:
Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems and provide administrative support to the external sales team for seamless customer service.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong technical knowledge of diesel engine components and parts identification.

Quotation preparation and pricing negotiation.

Customer service and relationship management.

Attention to detail and organizational ability.

Time management and ability to handle multiple enquiries/orders simultaneously.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Team collaboration and internal coordination skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
