Executive Assistant - Asset Management Division - First Abu Dhabi Bank Abu Dhabi Role Summary First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), the UAE's largest and most secure financial institution, is hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to the Asset Management department. Based in Abu Dhabi, this role is critical in ensuring smooth, confidential, and efficient daily operations for senior leadership, while supporting documentation, communication, event coordination, and executive planning needs.
