Job Overview The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence, leading a team of customer-facing colleagues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. As a member of the Centers and Passages or Stations Group within the Client Experience Division, you will be responsible for supporting the team's efforts in creating a safe, reliable operation while delivering a elevated customer experience.
