Job Overview As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will play a vital role in improving the customer experience by providing in-station real-time, hands-on support to ensure our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. Your role will also involve connecting customers with experts who can provide them with the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages. Our goal is to put smiles on our customers' faces, and we're looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team. Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers directly in-person, as well as via phone and email, to resolve issues and provide support Empathize with and prioritize customer needs, upholding company values and respecting every customer Resolve issues and set appropriate expectations with customers, clearly understanding and responding appropriately to the issues that customers present Compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues, approaching problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome Make quick and effective decisions on behalf of the customer, working a flexible Full-Time (40+ hours per week) schedule Essential Qualifications High School or equivalent diploma Previous experience in Customer Service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and issue resolution Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency, with experience working in a fast-paced environment Experience with Windows Operating Systems and bolthires Outlook, as well as familiarity with multiple web browsers, database searching, and instant messenger tools Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work-related experience, with a focus on customer service, logistics, or a related field Experience working on a merchandising/brand ambassador team for a nationally recognized consumer brand, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences Proficiency in understanding performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators, with experience working with data analysis tools and software Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to be flexible and adaptable, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
