What You'll Be Doing As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the spark that brightens our customers' days. You'll have ownership over resolving escalated or complex calls, providing answers, consulting on products, and resolving issues with compassion and a smile. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences that exceed our customers' expectations and leave a lasting impression. Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat Conduct research to provide accurate and timely answers to customer inquiries Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction Utilize your product knowledge to consult with customers and provide personalized solutions What You Bring to the Role To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need: 6 months or more of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Basic computer skills, including proficiency in bolthires Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software High-speed internet connection (>15 mbps) and a dedicated workspace that meets our remote work requirements What You Can Expect At blithequark, we're committed to supporting your career and professional development.
