About the Role This position involves representing our automotive dealer clients in a positive and professional manner through online conversations. Your primary objective will be to turn these conversations into valuable leads that help our clients generate revenue and grow their business. As a Chat Support Professional at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely information about products and services, and scheduling appointments. You will also capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarize interactions based on customer needs, and develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services. Key Responsibilities Engage in online conversations with customers, providing exceptional support and representing blithequark's automotive dealer clients in a favorable manner Handle a variety of customer inquiries via online chat, responding to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services, helping customers make informed decisions Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring a seamless experience for customers Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. While previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, it is not necessary. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, adapt, and grow with our team.
