Job Overview The Data Entry Specialist will play a crucial role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our proprietary online platforms and tools. This position will work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of legal documents, while also contributing to the ongoing improvement of our systems and processes. Key Responsibilities Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the industry and process, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices Investigate discrepancies as they arise, using problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to resolve issues efficiently Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to achieve common goals and contribute to the success of the organization Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
