We are committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous learning, where our employees can grow and thrive. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Healthcare Eligibility Records Management, you will be responsible for studying, resolving, and correcting records access to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our eligibility records. This role involves working with shared mailboxes and work queues, resolving problems from various regions within the company, discovering and resolving errors from multiple reports, reconciling eligibility among systems, and collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve issues. **Key Responsibilities** * Study and analyze eligibility records to identify discrepancies and errors * Resolve issues and correct records access to ensure accuracy and integrity * Work with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve problems from various regions * Discover and resolve errors from multiple reports * Reconcile eligibility among systems to ensure consistency and accuracy * Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and improve processes * Monitor and track records to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies **Required Qualifications** * Experience in records studies and analysis * Healthcare industry experience * Working expertise in bolthires Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project) * Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills * 1-2 years of associated experience **Preferred Qualifications** * Healthcare industry expertise **Education** * High School Diploma **Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in taking care of our employees and their families.
