With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling, you will be empowered to make a real difference in people's lives while driving business growth for blithequark. **Responsibilities:** * Connect with callers who have expressed interest in potential compensation, utilizing an automated dialer to maximize efficiency and productivity * Handle a high volume of calls, with the potential to speak with 40-50 callers per day, of which 1-5 may qualify for compensation * Multitask with ease, juggling multiple windows, listening to callers, and answering questions in a clear and concise manner * Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates, while meeting or exceeding sales goals * Accurately utilize phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and follow scripts to ensure seamless customer interactions * Participate in ongoing training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position and stay up-to-date on industry developments * Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity * Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives, while also working independently to meet individual targets * Troubleshoot basic IT issues and resolve problems quickly, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless customer service **Requirements:** * Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey, with a quiet, distraction-free workspace that meets our technical requirements * Possess a reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with 8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, and a 1.2 GHz or faster CPU * Enjoy high-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum) and a reliable noise-cancellation headset wired via USB (average price: $20-$30) * Bring a strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused roles, with a minimum of 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience * Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and customer service skills * Showcase strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a competitive spirit and a willingness to work 40+ hours per week **This is not for you if:** * You struggle to troubleshoot basic technical issues or resolve problems independently * You are unable to work 40+ hours per week, each week, or handle a high volume of calls * You are unable to use problem-solving skills or work collaboratively with colleagues * You are unable to commit to the full training period (90 days) or work during earned vacation days or outside business hours **Benefits:** * Enjoy comprehensive health insurance, vision, and dental coverage * Take advantage of paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) * Eligible for overtime outside of the training period, with opportunities for career growth and advancement **Hours of Operation:** * Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with the following hours: + Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern + Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern * Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join blithequark's remote call center team.
