We're now seeking an experienced and highly skilled Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. **Job Summary:** As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in supporting our operations team by ensuring seamless data entry transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, utilize industry-leading software, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. **Key Responsibilities:** * Enter daily work orders into our systems with precision and accuracy * Assemble and reconcile reports to ensure data integrity and consistency * Perform various clerical duties, including filing, copying, faxing, and maintaining organized records * Develop and maintain excellent communication with various departments to ensure seamless collaboration and information exchange * Utilize bolthires Office applications, such as Excel, Outlook, and Word, as well as industry-specific software to streamline tasks and improve efficiency * Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the growth and success of our organization **Essential Qualifications:** * 1 year of experience in data entry (typing at least 40 wpm) in operations or a similar service environment * 1 year of office clerk experience with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail * Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Proficiency in bolthires Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word * Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision * Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with industry-specific software and systems * Familiarity with recycling practices and procedures * bolthires Excel experience (1 year or more) * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex problems **Physical Demands:** * Ability to organize various office systems through adjusting, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, or folding for the purpose of proper records development and/or management * Ability to use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation * Ability to bend, stoop, or sit for long periods of time **Work Environment and Culture:** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
