We cultivate loyalty and satisfaction through exceptional service and support, and we foster a culture of responsive, informed, and devoted providers – from the inside out – through corporate services our people can rely on. **The Home-Based Sr. Specialist in Collections Role** As a Home-Based Sr. Specialist in Collections, you'll be responsible for interacting with guests and negotiating bill arrangements for both inbound and outbound collections. You'll provide a blithequark-branded experience with credit accountholders by treating them with respect and appreciation, showing courtesy and friendliness, and identifying various accountholder segments and providing suitable plausible solutions.
