Job Overview and Responsibilities In this critical role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our patients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing timely support during evening and weekend hours. As a Patient Care Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for patients regarding equipment delivery, taking orders, verifying patient information, and placing orders in a timely manner.
