Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pharmacy Technician to join our team as a Front End Pharmacy Technician. As a Pharmacy Technician at blithequark, you will perform order entry tasks, collaborate with other team members in the medication dispensing process, and provide exceptional customer service. A Day in the Life As a Front End Pharmacy Technician at blithequark, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including: Performing order entry tasks with precision and accuracy Collaborating with pharmacists and other team members to ensure the medication dispensing process runs smoothly Triage customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required Calculating and/or verifying correct dosages based on prescriptions Assisting in reviewing narcotic prescriptions to ensure timely processing Providing dispensing pharmacists with critical information regarding allergies, drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items flagged by the computer Creating and maintaining accurate customer records The Team and Benefits At blithequark, we provide care to those in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and chronic care settings. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
