Job Overview: Remote Customer Service Representative – Healthcare We are hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives for our call center team to provide exceptional service to our clients and their members. As a compassionate and empathetic customer service representative, you will be the human connection that makes our service exceptional. You will handle incoming calls promptly and professionally, research and provide effective resolutions to customer inquiries, and accurately document call details.
