Our team of dedicated professionals is passionate about delivering a unique and beautiful customer experience, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to join our team. **Key Responsibilities** As a Retail Sales Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Engaging customers and providing assistance with products and services, resolving consumer issues and answering inquiries to ensure a tremendous customer experience * Fostering and sharing customer support best practices with all team members to deliver a unique and beautiful customer experience * Presenting customers with courteous, pleasant, speedy, and efficient service * Recommending products for sale to customers and suggesting trade-up and/or companion products * Registering customer purchases on assigned cash registers, collecting cash, and distributing change as requested; handling voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed * Maintaining counters and shelves in a smooth and well-merchandised state, taking inventory and completing facts * Testing in and pricing products as required or as directed by the store manager or communicated by the shift leader * Implementing agency asset protection strategies to prevent and reduce earnings loss * Ensuring compliance with country and local laws concerning regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products) * Constructing and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise, and completing resets and revisions as directed * Assisting with the separation of food products (e.g., raw ingredients from pre-cooked) and product placement as unique using policies/approaches (e.g., raw and frozen meats on back cabinets) * Providing customer support in the photo location, including virtual passport image service, poster print, and innovative machine, and suggestive sell of promotional photo merchandise * Assuming net pickup obligations (monitoring orders in photo care plus, filling orders, and providing orders to customers as they arrive at the store) * Assisting with outdoor and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store environment and appearance * Complying with all agency policies and approaches; maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers * Completing unique assignments and other responsibilities as assigned **Education & Personal Development** As a Retail Sales Associate at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to attend training and complete PPLs requested by your supervisor or assigned by the company.
