Job Overview The Revenue Cycle Data Entry Specialist position at blithequark provides critical data entry support for our professional behavioral health revenue cycle operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into various systems, including Qualifact's CareLogic, Netsmart's myEvolv, or Meditech's EHR system. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities Enter data as assigned, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all aspects of data entry Perform adjustments for claims with credit balances and review denials for timely filing Enter appropriate reasons for write-off approval and perform claim actions for approved write-offs Perform bulk claim actions as identified by claims specialists and handle secondary claims satisfied by primary payers Conduct Quality Assurance tasks on your own work and reporting, ensuring high-quality results Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve processes Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School diploma or GED required Minimum of one year of data entry experience, with a strong track record of accuracy and efficiency Previous experience successfully managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, with a consistent track record of delivering high-quality results on time Knowledge of outpatient Behavioral Health insurance coverage and experience working with bolthires Sheets, Excel Spreadsheets, and drafting emails Experience working with CareLogic EHR is essential, as well as experience working remotely and communicating through email and bolthires Chat Familiarity with Massachusetts Medicaid products is important Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a revenue cycle management environment, preferably in the behavioral health industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review and analyze credit balances on claims with complicated scenarios Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to quality and customer service Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review and analyze complex data Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to quality and customer service Proficiency in bolthires Sheets, Excel Spreadsheets, and drafting emails, as well as experience working with CareLogic EHR Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
