You will work from the comfort of your own home, using our state-of-the-art technology to interact with customers via inbound and outbound calls, as well as through the internet. Your primary responsibility will be to provide customer service support and resolve routine problems and questions regarding our clients' products and services. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, addressing healthcare-related inquiries such as benefits, claims, billing, authorizations, and finding new providers Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient customer support Offer additional products and/or services to customers, promoting a positive and personalized experience Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring that every interaction is professional, friendly, and supportive Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, knowledge, and experience.
