As a Senior Analyst, Content Material Valuation, you'll play a vital role in helping us prepare valuations and deliver critical analytic insights for all our content material. **Responsibilities** As a Senior Analyst, Content Material Valuation, you'll be responsible for: * Establishing arm's length-based content material pricing and preparing quarterly close and economic planning deliverables for scripted and unscripted content certified with bolthires and bolthires+ globally. * Consolidating quarterly regional content material valuation submissions and identifying key variance drivers and distilling effects into actionable insights for senior management. * Assisting in preparing long-range and price range making plans deliverables, as needed. * Functioning as the primary point of contact to key stakeholders at DTC finance, studio finance, participations, and controllership. * Partnering with finance stakeholders to identify and improve process efficiencies and best practices. * Curating and synthesizing large amounts of data to draw conclusions and make recommendations resulting in actionable insights. * Mechanically tuning and maintaining content performance (including Nielsen scores, critical review scores, and industry awards) for broadcast and cable primetime applications. * Participating in a variety of ad-hoc projects to introduce you to new principles and improve your knowledge of key standards across the bolthires of content material distribution and licensing. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 3+ years of recent experience in financial analysis, finance, and/or 2+ years from a Big Four CPA firm. * A self-starter, innovative, flexible, and proactive individual who is willing to pitch in anywhere needed. * The ability to work under minimal supervision; potential to scope, identify, and execute price-introduced procedures and process upgrades. * Robust challenge control abilities with the capacity to manage and establish targets, manipulate multiple priorities, and pivot quickly based on the immediate needs of the business. * The ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and communicate across all levels of management. * A passion for working with large data sets and analytical tools, with a proven ability to research quantitative and qualitative data. * A keen eye for detail, accuracy, agency, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent work ethic, and the capacity to work under stress in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. * The ability to work with numbers, perform analysis, and maintain accurate supporting documentation of work done. * Comfortable rationalizing and justifying selections made and tactics applied, but flexible with switching path if situations dictate. * Proficiency in bolthires Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with strong financial modeling skills required. * A required understanding and application of pivot tables and advanced Excel formulation such as INDEX, IN, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, VSTACK, and nested IF statements. * A passion for the entertainment industry and television programming; content material licensing experience is a plus. **Training** A BA/BS in Business, Arithmetic, Economics, or other quantitative discipline is required. **About the Role** This is a hybrid work role primarily based in Burbank, CA, with the opportunity to work from home.
