About the Role: Technical Support and Customer Service Representative (Remote) As a Technical Support and Customer Service Representative working from home, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and resolving technical issues related to our clients' products and services. Key Responsibilities: Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, resolving technical issues and answering questions about our clients' products and services Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to ensure seamless customer interactions Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, with familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology Offer additional products and services to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable Essential Qualifications: Strong focus on building customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences 1+ year of customer service experience, with technical support experience preferred Open availability and a flexible schedule to accommodate customer needs A high school diploma or GED, with a quiet, distraction-free environment to work from home Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ask probing questions to resolve issues Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with a desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone, with a valid U.S. address for residence Preferred Qualifications: Technical support experience, with knowledge of hardware, software, and client products Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Career Growth and Personal Development Opportunities At blithequark, we're committed to investing in our employees' growth and development.
