At least 1 year of customer service experience, with technical support experience being highly desirable. Open availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends. A high school diploma or equivalent, with a quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home. Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools simultaneously.
