Job Overview As a CAT Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and concerns related to catastrophe relief efforts, applying the latest customer service techniques and utilizing our account management systems to deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous support. This temporary, remote position offers flexible scheduling, with hours of operation from Sunday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM CST, allowing you to choose the shifts that work best for you. Key Responsibilities Provide positive customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer needs, demonstrating empathy and support during the claim process. Collect and document all claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately, ensuring consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries. Identify and resolve customer issues by adhering to client-specific handling instructions, utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency. Apply the latest customer service techniques and learn our account management systems while helping improve the customer experience during a difficult time.
