Your Key Responsibilities Will IncludeEffectively manage assigned territory to deliver volume and market share targets that contribute to achieving national, and district level objectives, through effective implementation of cycle plan activities for all BAT multi-product categories.Deliver outstanding customer experience by maintaining strong business relationships through training Trade to effectively communicate BAT brands to consumers, while responding to queries, concerns in a timely manner while monitoring contracts compliance.Generate and sustain market demand of BAT multi-category products by ensuring adequate inventory levels, attaining distribution targets, reducing OOS, and effective merchandising.Execute the trade marketing Universe plans , ensuring agreed coverage and call frequency aligned with the itinerary and guidelines of the National Field Force Manager/ Market Manager.Collaborate with the National Field Force Manager on territory specific customer and sales initiatives aimed at improving market and volume share within the territory.Monitor and report competition activations, New Product Introductions (NPI) in the market, and provide insights on competitor actions and recommend action plans in compliance with current regulations and company policies. Guide & coach distribution sales team and drive sales performance of assigned territory.Take on a leadership role in team collaboration and provide guidance and support to ensure each team member thrives in their respective assigned territories.What are we looking for?0-3 years experience in FMCG. Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, external suppliers and commercial partners.Functional knowledge and skills relating to trade marketing, customer engagement, account management and field operations.An understanding of Sales volume, Market share, Brand portfolio financials.Interpersonal and communication skills.Negotiation skills and objection handling.Proactive problem-solving skills with a client-centric approach.Ability to work in teams and excellent management of trade relationships.What we offer you?
