The Xbox Marketing team is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead strategic brand partnerships that increase brand love & awareness, drive acquisition for Xbox Game Pass and the broader Xbox ecosystem across globally. The Product Marketing Manager thrives at the intersection of business strategy, partner development, and customer-centric marketing. You will architect and execute partnership strategies that unlock new audiences and generate earned media through innovation and originality. Brand-building efforts will include partnerships and licensing across a variety of business models and categories across consumer products, live experiences and entertainment. Your work will directly impact Xbox’s brand position in one of the most dynamic and competitive categories in entertainment. You’ll collaborate closely with Xbox product marketing leads, marketing managers, and external partners to build a program and strategies that build excitement. This is a unique opportunity to have impact at scale, develop a global strategy, and help shape the next chapter of the Xbox brand. The Product Marketing Manager will own a portfolio of strategic brand partners that amplify the Xbox brand, showcase our hardware and platform, and accelerate Game Pass trial and conversion. You will source and shape partnerships, negotiate mutual value and rights, and lead cross-functional activation across Creative, Product, Retail, Social, Public Relations, and Regional Marketing. Responsibilities
- Lead strategic partnerships with global companies to create more interest for the Xbox platform across Game Pass and devices while supporting the partner brand with exposure to the Xbox audience. Champion partner and customer advocacy, surfacing insights to inform product development and marketing strategy. - Identify, evaluate, and secure new partnership opportunities while managing existing relationships across the full lifecycle, from initial pitch and joint business planning to execution and performance optimization. - Design and execute high-impact co-marketing and co-creation programs that deliver measurable outcomes for brand, devices, and Game Pass, tailored to audience needs, partner capabilities, and platform priorities. - Define value exchange, rights, exclusivities, product or packaging integrations, IP (Internet Protocol) usage, retail placement, and measurement plans. Partner with Business Development and Finance to close deals with clarity on obligations and timelines. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Planning, Devices, Platform, Game Pass, Communications, and regional teams to develop and scale programs aligned to Xbox strategic growth pillars. - Define and operationalize success metrics, partnering with Business Planning and Analytics to build scorecards, dashboards, and reporting frameworks across acquisition, engagement, and retention. Analyze campaign and partner performance to refine strategy, optimize spend, and inform future initiatives.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications: - Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business - OR equivalent experience. - 3+ years of experience in brand marketing or integrated marketing at a global consumer brand, entertainment, or platform company. Preferred Qualifications: - Ability to build complex partnerships that deliver brand impact and commercial results without relying on ad media sales. - Experience translating insights into scalable growth initiatives and joint business plans. - Experience in partnership management, including negotiation, co-marketing, and lifecycle management with global brands, OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), and regional operators. - Experience in translating complex data sets into actionable insights for multiple teams and demonstrated ability to drive operational changes. - Experience in data-driven decision making, experimentation, and performance measurement. - Leadership in developing programs that resonate across diverse cultural contexts and gaming communities. - Executive presence with clear storytelling and stakeholder management skills. - Experience tracking delivery quality, partner satisfaction, renewal rates, and/or overall pipeline growth for co-created products or experiences. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
