Job Title: Project Manager – Minimum G+8 Building Construction (UAE Experience Required)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-rise construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex developments, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Plan, manage, and oversee all construction activities from project initiation to handover for high-rise developments.
  • Coordination & Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure milestones are achieved on time.
  • Financial & Schedule Management: Review and approve project schedules, cost estimates, and progress reports, ensuring alignment with budget and timeline targets.
  • Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict adherence to UAE/GCC building codes, local regulations, and site safety standards.
  • Quality & Issue Resolution: Implement and monitor quality control processes; proactively address technical or site-related challenges.
  • Documentation & Communication: Oversee all project documentation and contracts, maintaining transparent communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor the site team, promoting efficiency and achievement of project objectives.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on project progress, risks, and financial performance for senior management.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: 11–15 years of overall construction project management experience, with at least 5 years managing high-rise projects in the UAE region.
  • Skills:
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-disciplinary construction teams and complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools, construction scheduling software, and modern construction methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
