The Records Entry Specialist will be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting, organizing, and maintaining various types of company records. This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity, accessibility, and security of our critical information. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong data entry skills, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently enter data into designated databases, spreadsheets, or record-keeping systems. Review and verify information for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures. Organize, file, and retrieve physical and digital records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain the integrity and security of all records, ensuring confidentiality and preventing unauthorized access. Perform regular audits of records to identify and correct discrepancies or errors. Assist in the development and implementation of record-keeping procedures and best practices. Respond to internal and external requests for information and documentation in a timely and professional manner. Scan, copy, and convert documents as needed.
