Position Overview

We are looking for reliable, service-oriented individuals to join our remote customer support team. This is a 1099 contract role where you will support inbound customer calls for national service platforms. No prior experience is required — paid training stipend is provided.

Top performers may become eligible for internal advancement opportunities and future placement on Direct Client accounts, where advanced tools (including AI and automation systems) are used.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer service calls with professionalism and clarity
  • Assist with account questions, service updates, and general support
  • Follow client scripts and tools for each interaction
  • Maintain reliability and excellent attendance
  • Communicate with the CamTalk team through Slack when needed
  • Complete required training modules in the Workforce Hub

Compensation

$10–$14/hr depending on program
