Job Description As a Remote Podcast Community Moderator at bolthires, you will be the voice and guardian of our podcast communities, ensuring a positive, engaging, and safe environment for listeners and creators. This role is crucial in fostering a vibrant community around bolthires’s diverse podcast offerings, handling inquiries, moderating discussions, and identifying trends. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United Kingdom. Key Responsibilities • Actively monitor and moderate discussions across various bolthires podcast community platforms (forums, social media, comments). • Enforce community guidelines and policies consistently and fairly. • Respond to community member inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner. • Identify and escalate critical issues, trends, and sentiment to relevant internal teams. • Foster positive engagement and build relationships within the podcast community. • Develop and implement proactive strategies to improve community health and engagement. • Contribute to the creation of community guidelines and FAQs. • Report on key community metrics and provide insights. Required Skills • Proven experience in online community moderation or management. • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English grammar and tone. • Deep understanding of online community dynamics and best practices. • Ability to handle sensitive and challenging situations with tact and professionalism. • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Familiarity with various social media platforms and community management tools. • Passion for podcasts and the audio content industry. • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field. • Experience with large-scale global communities. • Familiarity with bolthires's platform and podcast ecosystem. • Experience in crisis management or de-escalation in online settings. • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
