  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field (may substitute 5 years progressive, recent HR experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree)
  • Three years' experience with HR, Payroll administration, Benefits practices
  • One to two (2-5) Years of Workday experience or five (10+) years in an HRIS support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Human Resource related certification preferred
  • Preferred Workday experience with: Workday Benefits, Workday Core HR, Workday Integrations, Workday Talent, Workday Recruiting, Workday Payroll, Workday Advanced Reporting
