Activities include productivity and process quality of warehouse operations, reducing controllable expenses, VCP, & contract labor spend, and covering EHS, logistics and shipping processes (including purchasing, receiving, and shipping).<br><br><strong>As a Warehouse and Yards manager, you will be responsible for:<br><br><br></strong><ul><li>Managing warehouse to ensure customer requirements are met (including providing scope to contract labor workforce in warehouse). Manage and coordinate communication between the project managers, global supply chain and the logistics teams or vendors as needed. Oversees strategic planning of the logistics for each project to ensure successful delivery. Drives cost reduction wherever applicable while meeting customer and safety requirements.</li><li>Working together with high level people from the business and SPB and EB level. Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done.</li><li>Handling standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.</li><li>Handling diverse clients in a region. Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks.
