关于职位 The Vice President of Marketing – Beauty will serve as the visionary architect behind Gap Inc.’s Beauty marketing strategy, shaping the future of the category across all portfolio brands—Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic, and Athleta. This leader will define and execute an integrated, full-funnel marketing ecosystem that seamlessly connects brand storytelling with performance-driven campaigns. Charged with accelerating brand equity and market share, they will spearhead the development of Gap Inc.’s private-label beauty brands, ignite customer engagement through innovative experiences, and deliver measurable growth through data-informed creativity and strategic rigor. This role requires a visionary marketing executive who can bridge brand strategy with performance marketing, ensuring that Beauty is positioned as a key lifestyle and growth pillar across the Gap Inc. portfolio. Salary Range: $300,000 - $340,000 USD Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements. 您的职责 Brand Marketing & Strategy Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy for the Beauty category across all Gap Inc. brands, aligning with each brand’s unique positioning and voice. Define and articulate a clear brand identity and architecture for Beauty within Gap Inc.’s multi-brand ecosystem. Partner with Creative, Merchandising, and Product Development teams to shape go-to-market plans and innovation launches. Lead agency and cross-functional partnerships to deliver best-in-class brand campaigns and storytelling. Mid- and Lower-Funnel Marketing Oversee performance marketing initiatives—including digital media, CRM, paid social, search, and email—to drive traffic, conversion, and loyalty. Ensure seamless integration between brand campaigns and conversion-focused messaging across owned and paid channels. Partner with eCommerce, Loyalty, and Data Analytics teams to optimize customer journeys and maximize ROI. Lead experimentation and testing strategies to continuously improve acquisition and retention performance. Copywriting & Creative Direction Oversee all copywriting for Beauty marketing across channels, ensuring consistent tone, voice, and storytelling across Gap Inc. brands. Inspire and mentor internal creative and content teams to deliver impactful, on-brand narratives that connect emotionally and drive purchase intent. Maintain alignment with each brand’s unique aesthetic and language while elevating the overall voice of Beauty across the enterprise. Leadership & Collaboration Build and lead a high-performing marketing organization that integrates strategy, creative, and performance capabilities. Foster collaboration with cross-functional partners including Merchandising, Product, Creative, PR, and Retail Operations. Act as a thought leader and champion for the Beauty business, representing marketing priorities at the executive and brand leadership level.
