This role involves measuring and communicating global operations performance and turning complex data into actionable insights to drive strategic decisions across various teams.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the reporting cadence and business narrative for global operations (MBRs, QBRs, newsletters)
  • Develop relevant operational KPIs and OKRs for the business, and define targets that are realistic yet raise the bar on performance, enable visibility through scalable dashboards and reporting infrastructure, and monitor performance and trends
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across local and global teams to facilitate deeper understanding of operational performance, trends, and opportunities
  • Lead robust analysis on broad topics (e.g., reliability, profitability, supply health) to inform decisions and shape strategy. Use data to break down ambiguous questions into actionable next steps - translating business challenges into scalable solutions
  • Partner cross-functionally with Global and Regional teams to organize and facilitate connectivity through operational reviews, best practice sharing sessions, and deep dives
  • Synthesize operational performance, risks, and opportunities into clear leadership-ready narratives for global reporting cadences like MBRs and newsletters
  • Develop global operational KPIs and OKRs; set ambitious yet realistic targets in partnership with regional teams and Product; and build and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting infrastructure to provide visibility across teams
  • Lead deep-dive analyses on priority topics (e.g., reliability, profitability, supply health), breaking down ambiguous questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations
  • Partner with Global and Regional Ops, Product, S&P, and Finance to facilitate operational reviews, share best practices, and conduct targeted deep dives

Skills

  • 2+ years in analytics, business operations, strategy, finance, engineering, or similar roles
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a high-ownership, zero-to-one mindset
  • Proven ability to turn complex data into clear insights and executive-level outputs
  • Advanced using SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and other BI tools to gather data, prepare reports, and develop dashboards
  • Experience building scalable reporting and performing deep-dive analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort operating autonomously in fast-moving, matrixed environments
  • Experience in high-growth, early-stage, or product/ops strategy teams
  • Exposure to delivery, logistics, marketplaces, or B2B platforms
  • Experience supporting global or regional business planning cycles
